"Mr. Opportunity"

Is it just me, or is Honda's new ad campaign the most annoying thing on T.V.? This "Mr. Opportunity" cartoon character seriously makes me feel ill. Wouldn't you love to wipe that smarmy smirk off this guy's face? I'll never buy a Honda if they think this little of their customers.

Recently, as I believe my dad told you, I got a new phone. Though I craved a new iPhone, I new I would have to wait a long time unless I were willing to camp outside of an Apple or AT&T store and my lack of patience got the better of me. In its place, I got a Blackjack II, a nice smartphone with Windows Mobile 6 and a long list of cool features. One of those features that I noticed was an RSS viewer. Itching to try everything the phone had to offer, I needed an RSS feed to put into it to look at. Then I remembered my good ol' cousin Charles's blog.

I've been reading your blog a lot more recently and its helped me remember that to this day, you're still the most intelligent man I know (lets hope my father never catches this comment ;)

Devin!! We need to see each other. VISIT - and then we'll do the 2 things I love best - hanging out at 6-flags while discussing politics, religion, and philosophy!

Devin, I agree with you 100 percent. Charles is without a doubt, the most intelligent man,I know. I am a 78 year old widow in Abilene who went into depression when Charles left town. I read this blog often. I learn something interesting every time.

wow, how about that for stroking your ego. however,it must be emotionally draining to have so many people so facinated with you. but i guess it's good to be loved, huh.

You are all so sweet. I've just learned to control my personality disorder - that's all. Casey - Devin is family. Also, my blog shows so many hits because my mother checks it a hundred times a day. Why my BROTHER Ryan is so mean is beyond me??

charles, my point was not to offend you in any way. for i am one of the many that is very facinated with you. i simply found it amusing how someone, family or not, could take a simple comment as an opportunity to praise you. not saying it isn't merited. everything i said was all in joking fun. and brothers are just that way, mine is exactly the same. but you know we all love you. so don't take everything so seriously. oh and trust me i do my share of adding hits.

Not mean, just keeping it real.

Ok enough is enough with the praise! I just have to add some balance in here with Ryan!

We are not all sweet (me for one).

Many times I don't agree with you and get ticked off as I promise to quit reading and commenting on this blog!

However I always come back and do appreciate the chance to "think" a little outside of my world as a mom:)

Who is checking hits anyway??
