"Liturgical Dancewear" ?

I know that this blog community likes to share examples of the shallowness of modern evangelicalism, so here's one I have to share. This morning I found a new catalogue in my church mailbox - "Spiritual Expressions. Liturgical Dancewear for 2006." Check out for a good laugh.

Hello there, I was recently doing a search through blogs for the keyphrase how to make money with google adsense. I happened to come across yours even though it wasn't particularly related to what I searched for. I figured I wouldn't mind contributing to your blog by commenting it. I've been quite busy to work on my blog lately but I am interested in topics being generally related to what I search for. I know you may not think this is an appropriate post to your blog, however I would just like to compliment you on your blog and I wish you well in future endeavors with it,

p.s. I like to take a look at other blogs to get some ideas as to how I am going to form mine.

Ok Charles, I will leave an actual comment. I am in Kentucky and I got the same catalog last week. I bought a few things for when I do interpretive dance during my sermon this week.

Does this mean that you have not purchased your 2006 dancewear? What a heathen....!

Perhaps it's the name that infers the shallowness. But, I found this website helpful. It offers very tasteful dancewear for church creative movement groups. If you have never had the opportunity to see a team perform then you are missing something. I believe they call it creative movement because it moves you on a different level than music by itself. I encourage the use of the website--regardless of what name they may put on it.
